The minimum purchase is Two dollars ($2.00) a block which equals one hundred (100) pixels at .02 cents each ($.02) a pixel, 100 x .02 = $2.00
If renting, these Rental Spots fall under these terms also, except you can cancel you rental spot anytime, no refunds on rental spots.
All trademarks and registered trademarks relating to the website are the sole property of us. When you purchase our pixels, you will not 'own' any part of the homepage or this website, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link, which will then be published on the homepage in the respective space you have paid for
You may change the image and/or link once it has been submitted. However, every time you submit a new image and/or link, it must be approved by us prior to its posting. If the new submission is not approved, the existing link & image will remain and no refunds shall be given
Once your image and link are accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund
Your Ad will be online for at least one year (starting from the date your ad was posted). Your advertising space expires one year from the date posted.
No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and we decide what is appropriate for our website.
If your link is accepted and your sites content changes which shows offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime and this also includes any political pictures of any sort with a link to any naked pictures on the site. Since we are a Political site we do not allow any political leaders pictures or politicians to be link to naked pictures..
If you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you have the option to remove it, however you will not get a refund and the space will become publicly available again
Images must be the exact size you have paid for (e.g. 100 pixels is 10x10 pixels is one block)
Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size
Images must NOT be animated (some exceptions are accepted)
Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit
All payments must be made through our PayPal account. Payment must be fully received and cleared prior to your pixels going live on the homepage
Once you have placed your order and the funds have cleared in our PayPal account, we will reasonably attempt to get your pixels and link online within 24 to 48 hours
We make no guarantees to the amount or quality of traffic you will receive. Further, we cannot guarantee the server uptime of the websites we advertise your links on.
We reserve the right to deny any ad for any reason at any time, without notice, and at our sole and absolute discretion
These terms and conditions are subject to change by us without prior written notice at any time, in our sole and absolute discretion
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between us concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings of the parties with respect thereto. These terms and conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document shall be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by us. To the extent that anything in or associated with this site is in conflict or inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall take precedence
